Hunter A. Litaker joined Litaker Insurance in 2014 as Insurance Advisor and has been serving as Vice President since 2016. He is part of the fourth generation of agency leadership. Hunter works with individuals and communities to educate them on risk management, proper risk transfer, and insurance coverage needs to protect what’s most important to them. Hunter has been involved with Community Association Institutes of North Carolina for the past 11+ years and has been involved in a board/committee capacity for 9+ years now. He has earned the Community Insurance and Risk Management Specialist designation from Community Association Institutes, which is a prestigious accomplishment. A Charlotte area native, Hunter grew up in an insurance family, learning about the industry his whole life. While he pursued a different degree in college, he quickly decided the insurance field aligned with his personal and professional goals, including his personal commitment to always help others. Hunter interned with the agency in college before joining full-time after graduation. Hunter attended East Carolina University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He currently resides in Weddington, North Carolina. He enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, water sports, dirt biking, football, traveling, grilling, cheering on the East Carolina Pirates and Carolina Panthers, along with spending time with his friends and family (spouse Sofia, sons Alex and Hunter, golden retriever Lady, and cats Dexter and Bentley).
